Manufacturing Standards and Materials

• Manufacture according to European Standard EN12285-2
• Single wall in carbon steel S235JR (or higher) according to European Standard EN10025
• MRC-type dished heads in carbon steel S235JR (or higher) according to European Standard UNI EN 10025-2
• Grade SA 2½” steel shot blast media according to ISO 8501-1
• Welds:
  • by submerged arc machine (S.A.W.) where possible
  • by semi-automatic machine (M.I.G./M.A.G.) at other locations

• Manhole with lid and respective pickings
• Venting tube
• Probe rod guide tube
• Anodized aluminum probe rod

Surface Protection

• Grade SA 2½” steel shot blasting
• Surfaces and internal welds in natural condition, cleaned and properly dried
• Painting of anticorrosion primer [> 40μm]
• 2 Component Polyurethane painting in white color [> 50μm] (others to be defined)

 

Inspection and Testing

• Hydraulic pressure test:
  • Body (0,75 bar)
• Dimensional inspection
• Control of paint thickness
• Examination and visual testing of welds

 

Optional Equipment

• Floating aspiration
• Filling and suction piping and nozzle
• Interior painting suitable for JETA-1, AVGAS
